weller54 9,325 Posted 18 October 2020 Report Share Posted 18 October 2020 No.. It's a matter of principle!. .. And we could get stuffed 😁
matty98 1,810 Posted 18 October 2020 Report Share Posted 18 October 2020 Honestly can't see the logic in doing this. When all games were on tv normally I had a now tv pass and bt sports pass, now I have neither because I won't pay £15 on top of that per game. Surely they'd make much more money just from the additional people like me that would buy these passes if that alone would allow them to watch the games. Before the TV companies were getting £50 a month out of me for Sky and BT, now they're getting fvck all.
whoareyaaa 2,490 Posted 18 October 2020 Report Share Posted 18 October 2020 There's no reason Sky couldn't have shown our game, instead they want the fans to fork out more money even though its not our fault for not being able to be there to watch it

Well of course but that's been the case for a number years I still think that with no attendance at games they'll have picked up more viewers along with IPTV. I guess we'll have to agree to differ and should call it a day. Thanks for the debate.
Sir Shep 1,876 Posted 18 October 2020 Report Share Posted 18 October 2020 I won’t be paying for it, just like I’m not paying for a Sky/bt subscription. I’ll rely on real-time FT updates with a particular focus on the negative side of our players tonight!

Cujek 925 Posted 18 October 2020 Report Share Posted 18 October 2020 Dunno how anyone could pay for it
Popular Post jayfox26 2,237 Posted 18 October 2020 Popular Post Report Share Posted 18 October 2020 Really disappointing if anyone pays for it. The club made a stand against this nonsense and we should stand with the club. If hardly anyone pays for the games this weekend then they will surely have to change the £15 ppv. £5 would be fair

So a very small dent I suppose how late in the day it was thought of and how many people got to hear about it. However, anything is better than nothing.

CloudFox 1,053 Posted 18 October 2020 Report Share Posted 18 October 2020 Decent English stream anyone? Can't seem to find any from the usual suspects.
Corky 13,475 Posted 18 October 2020 Report Share Posted 18 October 2020 The three of us relented and decided to split the £15. Told our signal was too weak to get the game so will get a refund and stick to the radio for these games in future.

Vacamion 11,937 Posted 18 October 2020 Report Share Posted 18 October 2020 The intrusive Guinness ad on my stream is amazing. Imagine thinking "That will help us sell more product, if we annoy people and interfere with them watching sport"

hejammy 1,569 Posted 18 October 2020 Report Share Posted 18 October 2020 Anyone that paid today is just plain lazy. So many different "options" - let the side down and big time. Hang your heads in shame
