Deluded bollocks that Jose often comes out with when things go wrong. We dominated the game other than last ten minutes or so of each half  and even then we got the added time penalty in the first period.

I think we gave him an almighty shock, frankly.

That's just it. This is not the Arsenal of old. Since Usmanov took control they've gone pretty much yellow pack. Trying to sign players on the cheap and make them into a team.

Wenger was hounded out which was a disgrace.

Usmanov sold out his share in 2018 and its now owned completely by an American Stan Kroenke. Thought Usmanov went to Everton?

Seen some discussion on the setup, looked like a slightly lopsided 3atb to me. Average positions seem to have Marc and Timmy as high up as each other, although I must admit Madders seemed to be playing more central a lot of the time.

whatever you want to call it it worked, it’s the players not systems that win games, and we out fought them all over the pitch today. Seemed a lot more solid and physical with the likes of evans and Castagne back and wilf in the middle. As much as Fuchs is a hero he hasn’t got the legs anymore as a regular starter.

Blimey, I knew JJ was coming inside a lot, but his average position makes him basically look like he was playing central midfield here!

I think Justin had a bit of a free role positionally and was tasked with man marking Son

We thoroughly deserved to win.

I've had quite a few texts from spurs supporting mates and they were all very complimentary about us and offered no excuses.

The comments about Kane are ridiculous.

He's a top, top player and a great example to young players of how to work at your game and compete without being a nob on social media.

He had a quiet game today

Luckily for us or well l done to us, depending on how you see it.

👍

I had to record the game as had to go out and do a full weekly shop for eldest son who has Covid as of yesterday. So I avoided all media and sat down at 4pm to start the “live” game. I was 5 minutes in when a friend from London who is a lifelong Gooner texted me with “ You’ve made my crap weekend go from absolute s#it to utter joy, love you Leicester City and Happy Christmas” ..........brilliant !

Mind you it made for a more relaxed watch

I make sure my phones off if not watching live (make the Mrs turn hers off too if she’s lingering about!)

hope your lad is ok

The bloke has no class whatsoever

I think it’s actually a comment aimed towards his players and their fans..: Losing at home to a top 4 rival can dent the confidence, unless of course your opponents were lucky and you were hard done by..

He’s doing ok thanks, bad headache, muscle/body aches and very tired. Looked very sorry for himself when we dropped all the shopping on his doorstep but that may have been a sympathy ploy to avoid paying 🙂

Him being ill was the only reason the phone was on 😤

I have to admit.  Football baffles me sometimes.  I was confident Leicester would lose today and thought we would get counter attacked.  Couldn't have been more wrong!

How many times did we get counter attacked? Maybe twice because we didn’t over commit going forward good game management

Exactly. Its not his job to blow smoke up our arse its his job to fire his players up. He's better than anyone for creating the 'us against the world' mentality out of absolute myths

I can remember one in the first half were they looked dangerous but can’t remember getting worried about any others as after that we had our shape sorted and snuffed out anything before it got started.

Still buzzing from that win several hours later.

I believe that was our most accomplished 90-minute performance of the season, not least because every player was selected in his favoured position and looked comfortable.

Ndidi reminded us all of what is missing in the team when he is not there. A colossus of a midfielder, his ability to steal the ball off the opposition and turn defence into attack is second to none. And he has the kind of physical presence and energy that rubs off on everyone else. Along with Vardy our most important player.

Shout out too to Justin, who has risen to a different level in the past week. And to Amartey for as solid a comeback cameo as you could hope to wish for.

If we could just play like this at home... preferably starting on Boxing Day.

I keep trying but they won't have me.  Escorted off the premises last time.

I've taken to hanging around outside but I thought the restraining order was a bit unnecessary.

You know it’s popular to wear a mask these days, right? They’ll never know it’s you.
