Webbo Posted 26 December 2020 Posted 26 December 2020 On statistics, that shot that Albrighton had that hit Maguire about 3 foot away from him, does that count as a shot on goal?

winteriscoming Posted 26 December 2020 Posted 26 December 2020 Although not long enough it was good analysis of us high pressing against them. Do agree tielmans has been brilliant.
when_you're_smiling Posted 26 December 2020 Posted 26 December 2020 Youri’s the best player on the pitch going forwards and making interceptions at the back. Otherwise think it’s a bit sluggish, but that can get better...just have to keep it tighter because we gave up some ridiculous chances.

ronnup Posted 26 December 2020 Posted 26 December 2020 We could be up of we attack more. Way too safe. Get into em
Nicolo Barella Posted 26 December 2020 Posted 26 December 2020 Youri and Justin best players. Very glad to see Barnes get his goal. 1

Barnes goal was sooo important because there hasnt been much between the 2 sides but we have struggled to get out of 2nd gear.

No, sometimes it's just a good game of football between 2 decent sides. League table seems to agree too. Hopefully the frantic pace will show on our favour as the game wears on as it is certainly a fast one.

st albans fox Posted 26 December 2020 Posted 26 December 2020 would you take a point now? their bench is way stronger than ours ( naturally)

Countryfox Posted 26 December 2020 Posted 26 December 2020 Need to pick it up before they get that bench on ... should be 3 1 down tbh but a good half nevertheless ..

They're terrible against teams that don't bomb forwards. I think our approach is the right one, to be honest. I don't care if we draw, I just don't want to lose to these yet another time. 1
car1os Posted 26 December 2020 Posted 26 December 2020 (edited) In the main I thought we were ok. Just need a better final ball. Fofana’s mistake for the first goal - he’s young and will learn, but was too eager to come towards the ball when he should have kept tabs on Rashford. Great goal by Barnes, made better due to Maguires Bambi on Ice impression Looking forward to the 2nd half!! Edited 26 December 2020 by car1os

Suzie the Fox Posted 26 December 2020 Posted 26 December 2020 Enjoyed the 1st half, we played well pretty much so far, but need to turn it up abit. Won't be too disappointed if it ends a draw but i won't be shocked either, if we go on to win this.
