Guy takes Tielemans to the ground off the ball when he’s trying to move to the ball to try and win it in the air, Albrighton gets shoved in his back and goes flying and no free kicks. Their player gets caught in possession by two Leicester players (Mendy and Perez I think) and they win the ball but free kick. Shit, safe, clueless refereeing. It's not 'terrible' or 'bollocks' by any stretch. Quite clear how we miss Ndidi as a rock in the middle and Vardy's movement up front. But we need to adapt and this is a good game to do so. Play to our strengths which involves finding Maddison in space just outside their box and getting Barnes on the ball to run at them. Given time in his position he will come good, he's just trying to hard at the minute to make an impression. One he relaxes he will start to score. They are newly promoted and have not spent too much money and play good football. Anyone reading the comments would think we are bottom 4 and losing 3-0. We are 3rd and despite maybe Leeds being better team we have had just as many chances of not more. Manini Posted 31 January 2021 Share Posted 31 January 2021 The concerning thing for me is that if Leeds play the exact same 45 mins they just have, they’ll be taking the points. Far too often we get dragged in to the game the opposition wants us to play when we’re at home. We haven’t imposed our game on them at all bar the goal.
