On the whole they stopped him pretty easily high up the field. It just isn't Albrighton type of game. Perez has been poor but so has Albrighton. Perez playing deeper with barnes and another pacey player (would of accepted riccardo before castagne got injured) trying to run behind could be worthwhile but yea. Albrighton needs swapping.
Fox in the North Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 Personally would bring on Soyuncu and move to 3 at the back, put Justin and Ricardo on the wing backs. Have Tielemans and Mendy in the middle. Bring off albrighton and put on Under to have a forward lot of Maddison, Perez and Under. Same formation as the fixture at Elland Road. 2
SouthStandUpperTier Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 Anyone reading this thread and not watching the game would think we were 5-0 down. Right bunch of bed wetters we are. Gotta give Leeds some credit, they've been good. 2
Popular Post 21st Century Fox Posted 31 January 2021 Popular Post Posted 31 January 2021 Luke Ayling looks as if he lives in an old converted ambulance that stinks of josticks. 6
Popular Post martyn Posted 31 January 2021 Popular Post Posted 31 January 2021 (edited) Knew Perez would be getting stick for not being Jamie Vardy. He has been fine, he has kept the ball under pressure well and linked up nicely. We look dangerous, but hasn't quite run for us in the final third yet. Nacho won't offer anything more as a lone striker I'm more worried about us defensively. Castagne was getting rinsed by the diagonals, and Bamford is dragging Evans and Fofana out of position constantly which is a danger given our midfield aren't the best running back towards their own goal to track runners. Perez is a clever player who will link up play nicely and create space for other players. But shoving him up top isn’t right imo. He's soft and slow, really poor physically, might have a brain somewhere but its not up to scratch at the moment. And Brendan is shit for shoving him up top.
weller54 Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 Castagne at fault for their goal..but he was obviously struggling!

foxfanazer Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 Watching their goal back, that's so poor from Castagne. He didn't look right against Everton either 2
AjcW Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 Wonder if Timmy was injured for their goal? If he wasn't it's a shocker of a mistake.

FoxFossil Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 Sing. We are staying up, we are staying up. (possibly)

jmono84 Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 Watching their goal back, Maddison’s pass was awful from a great position. He needs to step up and boss this a lot more than he has done so far.
Hammo Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 Up against a decent team but Maddison and Perez need to up their game.
Cropwellfox Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 I’d change it up Soyuncu for Perez, 343 with Barnes down the middle and Albrighton and Maddison either side. Will get riccy p further up the field and mean we can cover the middle third more securely.
Dahnsouff Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 Slag off Perez by all means, but just judge everyone with the same level of scrutiny is all I ask 1

winteriscoming Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 No way this is finishing 1-1. Really missing Ndidi. We lack bite in midfield.
Lesterlad Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 Have I missed something? The guy in studio just said Leicester do have Barnes and Madison in great form? Madison has been woeful that half
RowlattsFox Posted 31 January 2021 Posted 31 January 2021 For their goal I think Justin makes a run he doesn't really have to make and leaves him way out of position. Obviously it could work sometimes but on this occasion it left us exposed.
