The back 3 looks like they've fell out of a nightclub at 4 am and the wing backs look like a couple of alzheimers patients trying to get back inside after a walk in the garden.

We are not that good.

I'd of brought in another winger and another attacking midfielder.

Otavio was good to go for 15m in January.

Thauvin could of been purchased aswel cheap.

People think players were not available they were LCFC just didn't think repeat of last season would happen again

You overestimate the ease of signing players in January.

We desperately look like we want the season to finish now, same last season. This lot are 28-30 game season bunch, no legs for the long haul.

Injuries pal

Brighton were always going to be a threat, their statistics this season bear that out.

We don't look right with the current formation, Amartey stands out hugely as somebody who is inferior to the rest on the ball. Defence looks all over the place.

Tavares has shown some neat touches and a great shot, Iheanacho has dropped deep and played a couple of good passes. Apart from that, not a lot to be positive about.

One thing Brighton have been doing that we haven't (and in general don't do, but has been used effectively against us before) is that as soon as we get near the halfway line, if they can, someone steps in and gives away s niggling little foul that isn't going to get a booking, some times getting away with them all together. Foul count is 10-4. Totally breaks up any flow.

Fair play, it's working. We need to get our passes in quicker, before they get a chance.

p*ss poor and can't blame injuries on not being able to do the basics right. struggling to string simple passes together and getting caught on the ball far to often in the middle. The back 3 look like they've never played together.

Of course the injuries play a part.

The movement of Madders and Barnes makes it easier to pass the ball around. We're too static without both.

I'm currently jealous of a team full of championship players that are up for it, first to everything and well organised. 😫

This sums it up for me.

I know we've had plenty of fixtures and the players can't play at 100miles per hour every game

But We show no urgency, no desire to get first to the ball, we just pass it round the back get nowhere and launch it to their 6ft 7 defender and against 5ft 10 Ricky.

It's shambolic

Meanwhile Brighton press us extremely easily and should really be 3-0 up.

Abysmal

No link between defence and midfield to ease the ball forward.

When we play well tielemens or niddidi get the ball and turn to get forward.

Teams are pressurising that part of our play.

So for as bad as everyone on here is saying it is, we have both had one shot on target in that half - small margins, we switched off for a split second, their keeper made a worldly of a save.

Its not been great, but we have to realise taking out Maddison, Barnes Perez, Under and Vardy clearly not the Vardy we all know and love and our attacking options will be limited.

Certainly not out of this one just yet.

Can't blame injuries for this. Simple passes over or under hit, total lack of discipline at the back so one person nowhere near what's going on is playing everyone onside, getting shoved off the ball easily and generally not being up for it. If Dyche can get what he gets out of that Burnley squad, there's no excuse for whatever you call this today.

Why so we can get beat by some shit farmers again and have half the squad injured? Quite honestly unless King Power want to spend some cash we don't have the squad for it.

Well surely the same can be said if we qualified for the champs league? We aint got the squad for that either have we? Either way we have to spend money in the summer and being in the europa league is better than nothing
