Maybe get Amartey and Praet off, go to a back four and Tavares and Albrighton on? Vardy has to take some responsibility himself at some point. If you can only score when someone hands you the ball on a plate 6 yards out, then you're probably not pulling your weight in the team. 2
Stewart fox Posted 11 April 2021 Posted 11 April 2021 Maddison Perez choudrey let the club players fans and manger down it’s all on them 1

I'm afraid Amartey is an accident waiting to happen and the spring awakening of Iheanacho is appearing to be yet more wishful thinking by hopeful fans and the hype-upped media. He's out to lunch much of the time. is there a confused emoji big enough ?????

Simply don't have the players for the other system over a period of time. It can be used sparingly but the 3 at the back is here to stay for now.

yorkie1999 Posted 11 April 2021 Posted 11 April 2021 We spend far too much time playing it in defence, all it does is allow the opposition to get back into shape, then we have to try and fashion some sort of Man City type goal, which were not good enough to do. Shortening the length of the game is alright if you’re winning. I don’t see which direction this team is actually going in. 1

I'll wait a bit before jumping on the bandwagon. We've been sensational this season. Big half needed. Come on Leicester Don't see how you can watch how this team has approached this game and not concluded this side are mentally weak and bottle jobs. There's been no effort at putting a performance in at all. It's hard to not conclude it comes from the manager.

Twitcher Posted 11 April 2021 Posted 11 April 2021 Observations 1) Rogers said we didn't need a striker in Jan; Lingard was presumably available..... 2) Ricardo and Castagne nowhere near as effective as they used to be as attacking threats. Not sure what's happened there. 3) Offside rule interesting where the person who scores is way offside. Not something I've considered much before, but surely if the ultimate scorer is ahead of any defender and gains an advantage in terms of yards, and the defender is unable to catch them.....? 4) Where's Maddison? 2

We’re fragile as **** today Exactly this. Just yet another tale of getting hit on the counter by a side looking to do little else. Knew they would set up like this again...yet we still don’t seem to have a plan to deal with it 1
lozzyblue fox Posted 11 April 2021 Posted 11 April 2021 how confident is everyone now in making them champion league places. On this performance it looks like they have given up. With other teams now on our tail will be lucky to finish top 6.

Ian Nacho Posted 11 April 2021 Posted 11 April 2021 Shocking how Evans we just preempting the flag to go up.
Rigga Posted 11 April 2021 Posted 11 April 2021 It’s happening again isn’t it..... Not learnt our lesson after last seasons bottle job... we have become a sit back and soak it up team again... difference is, we can’t defend and we have no one to play on the counter attack..
Dr The Singh Posted 11 April 2021 Posted 11 April 2021 I'm sorry but Brendan had fooked up, we should sit back and counter. Instead we played into there hands
FoxFossil Posted 11 April 2021 Posted 11 April 2021 Be surprised if we finish with 11. Armartey red on Lingard incoming.
sishades Posted 11 April 2021 Posted 11 April 2021 Talksport WHU spunkfest coming up on Monday.....cnuts.
honeybradger Posted 11 April 2021 Posted 11 April 2021 Remember when Praet vs. Maddison was an actual debate on this forum? Invisible yet again 1
HesNotGudjonsonn2 Posted 11 April 2021 Posted 11 April 2021 I hate trying to play an offside trap. It is an outdated tactic as it used to work well for teams like Arsenal who would surround and harass the ref. You can’t do that with VAR and so it is so risky.
