The idiot is just plain wrong about everything he believes. 

 

He genuinely believes having more possession and more shots makes you the better team. When in fact being clinical at both ends matters far more.

 

He's somehow managed to create a brand of football where nearly all of the possession is pointless and nearly all of the shots are rushed/scuffed quarter chances (because we give the defenders an eternity to organise to counter any threat we eventually attempt to pose).
