Bob Weasel Fox Posted 2 October 2018 Posted 2 October 2018 Most important game of the season so far up the Foxes 1

Devonfox1884 Posted 2 October 2018 Posted 2 October 2018 3-2 us. We’ll concede an early goal, get ourselves 3-1 up, and concede a soft goal with 5 to go for a tense finish.
NewquayFox Posted 2 October 2018 Posted 2 October 2018 Clean sheet for City with a brace from Vardy with Maddison & Maguire scoring also, onwards and upwards...
LCFC FOX Posted 2 October 2018 Posted 2 October 2018 (edited) Need to be winning this, as these and West Ham (and maybe wolves) are the teams fighting us for 7th place imo. Edited 2 October 2018 by LCFC FOX 1
Ric Flair Posted 2 October 2018 Posted 2 October 2018 I'd like to see another victory, Marco Silva deserves another pasting by us.
Md9 Posted 2 October 2018 Posted 2 October 2018 Think it will be a good game they are not to bad. Think we need an early goal to settle us then they will come at us and leave space for vardy behind. 3 for vardy and then celebrate right in front of their fans just to see them go crazy
Stevosevic Posted 2 October 2018 Posted 2 October 2018 They're playing tonight. Not sure how many will play tonight that will play on Saturday but could give us a slight advantage.

Typically they’ve gone and picked up a comfortable clean sheet win this weekend Fulham whacked the bar and Vietto cocked up a great chance at 0-0. I can see a high scoring draw. I think both teams have the same issues playing a similar formation
Always Next Year Posted 2 October 2018 Posted 2 October 2018 Need to stop Walcott at all cost, as already been said he always seems to score against us. To fast for Chillwell. Need someone to kick the shite out of him from the start. 1

foxfanazer Posted 5 October 2018 Posted 5 October 2018 Their fans don’t seem confident at all. I think if they play Tosun up top we should be able to cope with that 1
StriderHiryu Posted 5 October 2018 Posted 5 October 2018 ^ Everton have good players but they definitely lack a clinical front man. Neither Tosun nor Calvert-Lewin make me nervous. However, the Richarlson / Sigurdsson / Walcott combination is a real threat. If we stop those you'd have to fancy us to win. 3

ithuriel Posted 5 October 2018 Posted 5 October 2018 This is a game that will show if we are really progressing or not, they have spent a fair bit and will come at us, even if we were to lose, so long as we make a game of it I'll be satisfied, if we get turned over though, that's another matter.

Agree , that's a formidable trio . On the plus side we usually do well against Silva and their defence is pretty flakey . Can't see beyond a draw really

Its a real threat, for sure, but the same can be said about our attacking options. The Maddison/Iheanacho/Vardy combinations down the centre will definitely cause problems, Maddison's free kicks/ Vardy's pens will make them wary of fouling us, and the pacey support from Chilwell/Pereira could pin them back. On paper its a very even matchup and could go either way. This could come down to who wins the most individual battles across the pitch on the day.
KingsX Posted 5 October 2018 Posted 5 October 2018 I predict @UPinCarolina will bag a winner, even if Pickford keeps us out. GTFI young man ! 1 1
Simoken Posted 5 October 2018 Posted 5 October 2018 I hope we win just to keep the Puel-out brigade at bay for another week. 3
Stevosevic Posted 5 October 2018 Posted 5 October 2018 Want a win with the next game being Arsenal away followed by a West Ham team coming in to some form. Everton is a side that drew with Huddersfield a few weeks ago. Only be happy with a win.
BirminghamFox Posted 5 October 2018 Posted 5 October 2018 this is a WIN! 1-0 down at half time and we eventually win 3-1, strong 2nd half performance against 10 men as Pickford is sent off
kingfox Posted 5 October 2018 Posted 5 October 2018 This game will tell us a lot about where we are as a team, winning games against the likes of Everton who will more than likely challenge for 6th/7th is crucial. Their away form isn't good, I watched them the other week at home to West Ham and they were shit. They still look weak defensively, they lack a top quality striker; however the threats will come from out wide, Walcott has battered us before, Amartey will have his biggest test yet against Richarlison. A draw from this wouldn't be too bad but I feel optimistic again, we have enough to do these in, 2-1 win.
