Isn’t the reason why he left last season because he wanted to play?

It feels like he’s even further down the pecking order now.

Maresca singled him out for praise after the Cardiff game. We have a squad full of young players now, but there will be times when we're struggling in games and may need experienced pros to help us get a winner or defend a lead. I imagine Maresca likes Albrighton for that reason.

Super ball into the box for the third goal. Glad he’s still around.

His experience is invaluable, still a good player to bring off the bench.

Him and Vardy, last of the old guard and offers something very different to the rest of our wingers who are based on trickery and speed, pinpoint passing.

Very good today I thought. Even though he's nowhere near as consistent as he once was, he's still great to watch when he puts out a battling performance like that.

Quite liked the Albrighton, Yunus, Casadei and at times Ricardo passing and pressing pack. There's 3 players in there who can play a multitude of positions and it seemed to help free up Casadei to get on the ball.

The forgotten man reminds us yet again that he’s still got some miles left in the tank.

Absolute model pro.

MOTM for us. Not sure if he was given it or not?

Stolarczyk, surely?

Albrighton is such a great team man. No pissing about, works hard and gets involved. Manager's dream.

Boo Kevin at your peril, because you do that - then he whips the ball into Vardy.

Who the fek books Albrighton? Got to be one of the most likable players out there. Brain dead fans.

Were some of our favs genuinely booing him today?

Edit: oh no wait I guess it was the Birmingham fans as he’s ex-Villa
