Great player, even though he hasn’t been at his best today he will still make things happen

Yeh lots to like about him. Reminds me of Barnes, or Barnes reminds me of him, whichever way around you want to look at it. Finishing has been Barnes like today lol

Timo Werner is a great player isn't he? Looks like a nightmare to play against.

He is. Touch of the Vardy about the threat he poses with his pace.

Mings is minging - so over-rated.  With him and the Oil Tanker in tandem for England we can forget the Euros.

Really enjoying this game.

Some lovely football and both sides having a go. Some awful misses in front of goal.

Anyone's game.

Smashing.

Definitely not a position we need but Lamptey is a hell of a player. Could see Man City going for him eventually to replace Walker. Mad how many right backs we have for the England team now. Trent, James, AWB, Justin, Lamptey, Trippier, Walker although the last 2 I feel wont play much after next years tournament. All these right backs but hardly any left backs or centre backs.

Taking into account outlay and value for money (adjusted for inflation) - is Joelinton the worst signing in Premier League history?

He’s got to be up there . I believe Bruce wanted to sign a proper footballer instead ( can’t remember who) but Ashley  said he was too old with no resale value and signed this traffic cone instead .

Villa are so far away from being good. They’ll finish no higher than 10th. X

Hoping that losing to that Barkley goal doesn’t come back to haunt us

I don't care how good Grealish is, you don't try and back heel it in your own box and give it away like that.

He must have been reading his own press this week.

Is Trezeguet capable of putting a shot actually on target, and not over?

He couldn't kick it into the ocean from the wet sand.
