By any chance does that date coincide with when his first thread went hot with rumour?

Yes, obviously reads this forum.

I don't know how reliable he is but Arsenal fans are happy about it, then again that isn't hard

He runs the football terrace football YT and gets a lot of his intel from Dean Jones @ Eurosport - how reliable is Dean Jones?

Looks like Arsenal are now spending £30m on Ramsdale… surely they can’t afford what we would want for Maddion as well

30m o. Ramsdale.  He's worth at least a fifth of that.

So Arsenal can't afford the fee and want a swap deal plus a bit of cash. Don't won't any of Arsenal's crappy fringe players like AMN who didn't do much on loan at West Brom last reason or the other player they are trying to off load Reiss Nelson, but wouldn't mind Gabriel Martinelli who does bring some energy when he gets a chance to play

Saying that he said Tielemans was pushing a move to Liverpool a few weeks back and expected them to sign him but then quickly backtracked. He's a B Tech Gark Moldbridge trying to be pally with big twitter ITK's

Sky are reporting that Chelsea have expressed a interest in signing drinkwater.

He’d obviously heard someone at Everton had been arrested and put 2 and 2 together.

And read our forum lol

Think this one is getting enough traction to suggest it could happen.

Like Maguire and Chilwell, he is this summer's first team player we would miss the least, IMO.

Take £60m and buy two £30m players at no.10 and RW - I think we would be better off

Maddison on form is one of the best attacking midfielders in the league, so would prefer seeing that Maddison playing for Leicester. If we are selling it better be for huge money.

Yup, agree. Guess the question is how likely and frequently are we liable to see that Maddison!

Difference is, that was Man U and Chelsea. Two heavy weights in European football. Arsenal are most certainly not that these days.

But they are notable still, they are a rich club with lots of weirdo global fans, but they are just sh*t currently and unfortunately I doubt that will last

No way is AMN worth £20M or realistically someone we would want currently if valued at that. totally deluded if they think we would bite at that. £55M cash up front + AMN and we might be tempted, but still unlikely.

£60M+ in cash upfront (+performance related bonuses and a percentage sell on) would be what it would take to stop Rudders laughing his head off IMO.

Personally i think we would actually let him go if the deal was sufficient for us to go after Coutinho

I sincerely hope we're not even considering it. Fantastic player when fit.

Only fit for 2/3s of the season might be a reason we consider it. That and he might want to go.
