Schlupp is another one - I don't think he was all that bad today but the fact remains he is a shit player and we shouldn't be playing him whilst better players aren't on the pitch. He cost us at Chelsea and he will cost us again, it's only a matter of time because he is a poor footballer. I really don't care if he scored just as I don't care that Mahrez scored, as he was one of the worst players on the pitch overall.

WTF, you been sniffing glue Kitch?

I personally think that Kasper and Moore need some time to calm down. Kasper is not in form after the injury. Moore is awful recently.

As for Konch and De Laet, okay, I have nothing to say.

Mahrez is brilliant today.

James...what did he do in the injury time? When I saw the goal, all I said was" Oh my God~".

Oh come on, did you actually watch him?

He got the ball so many times in space and constantly either gave it away, or slowed things down t ruin our momentum.

I think you're confusing 'brilliant' with the crowd makin a bit of noise because he got the ball in a promising position quite a bit. Other than his good role in our two goals he was utterly shit.

You sniff glue very fvcking day based on your posts.

The last 30 minutes were crying out for Cambiasso to come on and steady the ship.

We didn't pick a team to match up to how that game went. A lot of credit has to go to Burnley, but we need to improve on today.

Posted

Thought was a poor game between two very average teams. We looked ok going forward in the second half but the defence once again wasnt up to scratch.

And Kasper was far far too over on one side and me and the people around all knew he was so far over he was likely to concede from it. Basic stuff.

Burnley deserved a point though,we didnt do enough. Agree would have been the perfect game for Cambiasso to come on, but nevermind

A draw was probably the right result. We looked liked we were happy to see it out at 2-1. We should've gone for the kill but we didn't. The kop was dead except for the back 4 rows. Man up and back the team....

Burnley are a Championship side. As in the team they have, without Ings, would be an average Championship team. Some of their players are not even good enough for the Championship (I'm looking at the ones they signed in the summer, mainly).

We are the better team, we have the better players, and the only reason we didn't win today is because we played well below our best.

They will be relegated without any question at all. We should expect to win because we are better than them.

Listening to Pearson post match, do you think he's responding to the many pound notes comments?

Very bitter, I don't think I've EVER heard anything as unprofessional from a manager, I think there's some bad blood between him and gravel throat.

Maybe but I think Mahrez was knackered. Way we were playing at 2-1 at half time and at home I would have expected to go for a third. Vards was our most dangerous attacker so would have kept him on. Nuge up top on his own wouldn't have done anything really, he needs a partner I think.

See you serious, go for a 3rd when you are getting dominated when 2-1 up?

Baffled is the word that springs to mind. Hammond IMO was our worst player on the pitch against palace along with de laet. I was convinced james would play In a 3 man midfield with drinky and esteban today, I was amazed when Hammond was picked in a 2 man midfield. He gets turned so easily which leaves the defence exposed. IMO our strongest team is Kasper, Simpson,Moore,Morgan, Cambiasso, James, Drinky, Mahrez, Ulloa, Vardy. I really hope we see this most weeks from now on. Disappointed today but optimistic for the future. UTF

And Was. I think Moore is great but would love to have Was in at the end so we can out games. I think his elbows were over hyped last season and I don't think he gave many fouls away.

Underwhelming. 3 points for the taking but we didn't do enough.

THought we struggled with 4-4-2, more because of the nature of just changing. The 2 CM's were poor by their standards, Moore and Morgan looked exposed quite often, despite dealing with most things well (WM especially - he looks completely comfortable at this level). Ulloa was way off the boil.

I know no game is a given, but you want to be beating a depleted Burnley side that have gone about 27 hours without a goal.

Should listen to that twat in your dugout more often then.

It was a frustrating afternoon, but we only have ourselves to blame. Burnley are shit, utter shit. Cannon fodder shit. We just seemed to slow everything down when we broke, farted around and struggled to get behind their two banks of four, after the first goal we looked comfortable, then conceded that horrible equaliser, scored and looked comfortable again for about 20 mins or so, and then completely lost it.

We looked worryingly unbalanced today, Hammond should have come off after half an hour, because he looked soooooo out of depth today, we really missed the calmness of Cambiasso. Just a walk afternoon, and now going to have to listen to papersand Stone Cold Tange Austin praise his dad's army and waffle on about our many pound notes.

Yes we were bad,but Matty James wot were you thinking, how unprofessional at that stage of the game to give such a needless free kick away..I'm livid and I just hope at the end of the season we don't have to look back at today's result.

Not one bit good enough I'm afraid. Absolutely typical Leicester to go and turn in the best game I've ever seen and follow it up with a shit loss at Palace and a draw at home to a depleted Burnley, conceding two in the process against a side who hadn't scored since the opening day.

Complacent display which was deservedly punished. Too many off-days for me.

I thought we were iffy in the first half and got even worse in the second.

We'd have been very, very lucky to have come away with all three.

Our crossing and decision making in opposition halves is pathetic at times.

Yes ok. We would have. When I posted I was fuming over conceding a 96th min equaliser, draw seems fair but these were the kind of games we won last year. And I hate burnley.

We can be nice and praise Burnley's fighting spirit all we like (and there is a lot to admire about them hanging in without any recognised central midfielders) but they should never have had a chance of getting anything from this game.

2-1 up at Half Time with Burnley having scored from the only thing they'd had which had even resembled an opening, let alone a chance, a chasm opened up between our defence (which was about 10-15 yards too deep for almost the entire second half) and the forwards. Drinkwater and Hammond (less so) completely disappeared from view. We won virtually no second balls in the whole of the second half.

It was a really disappointing performance, and the result in the end was fair. Burnley were really, really poor (as expected). But we were just as bad.

Posted

Don't know if it's just me but I thought when we attacked especially in the second half, I thought our attack seemed stuttered like we were waiting for more players to join in. Defence needs looking at 7 goals in 3 games now. Granted we are scoring goals but I think we need to address the defensive situation. Not necessarily change the defence/keeper but maybe have them in for extra training or something to help them out as they seem panicked when it comes to our box.

Pearson never, ever comments about individuals or clubs in a directly derivative manner so Dyche(or someone else) has really pisses him off.

Maybe.

I wouldn't be suprised if Dyches comments about money being the reason we won the title last season riled him. He is usually much more neutral when talking about other teams.

I think it's more that Pearson is showing a bit of arrogance (which I think is justified considering our performances up to Palace). He may just be more wound up that our team didn't control the match against you, which considering your injuries, we should have been capable of doing.

I thought drinkwater was quite good today. Well in an attacking sense anyway.

For me Hammond was poor. Schlupp and Mahrez were both good.

dont we normally fook up before an international break?

As a side i wouldnt give many of our players over 7/10.

we have to stop hammering burnley its childish.

we couldnt finish a poor side off,its our fault...it was obvious to all near us that they would score.

dont hammer the injured lad either...why would he time waste with them 2-1 down
