If only there was an FA Cup thread to talk about the FA Cup.

So annoying and it was the same with the Carabao cup last week.

*IN THE FA CUP*

What a prediction, well done mate

Seems that we’ve started a trend of us “best of the rest” clubs struggling against lower level sides!

Everton are an even more extreme version of us. I'd rather be in our boat than theirs to be honest.

It seems like the rest of the mid table is awful in the Cups as well.

Absolutely. At least we've won a couple of things and had a nice trip in Europe recently. They don't even have that, they got skinned by Atalanta in Europa league qualifiers and have been consistently inconsistent to the point of hilarity, even appointing the dreaded Sameule il Grande.

Happy Spursy everyone!

It certainly lifts the spirits to see Tottenham bottling it left, right and centre.

The joy of seeing them losing is slightly offset when you see that Doncaster, Wimbledon, Millwall, Shrewsbury and Newport will all feature in the 5th round draw - whereas our season is effectively finished. But, hey, at least we have a wonderful, wonderful, charismatic manager.

When a post about Tottenham turns into another Puel bash   :frusty:

Another trophyless season for Spurs. How much longer can they hang on to their top talent before they actually grow some balls and go elsewhere to win trophies. Without Kane, Alli and Son they're very ordinary. Massive stadium to pay off. Basically we killed their only chance of winning it, and I couldn't be happier :D

We’ve won more points from losing positions than nearly every other team in the Premier League.

Not sure it's a record we should be proud of though.

But they still stay around top 4,and play entertaining football.

We can enjoy silly banter, but Schadensfreude from this forum, over Spurs playing capabilities over the last few seasons,is like all empty vessels...

Ruud just said as much on BBC. They missed their big chance and now the squad is stale. They have a good 1st 11. But after that not enough and hardly ever spend or freshen things up. Do wonder how long some of the players wilĺ hang around. Whatever your thoughts on Kyle walker he left at the right time and has medals to show for it.

The first time they miss out on Champions League, they'll lose a bunch of players and that'll be the end of their project.
