Has he improved much since we signed him 3 years ago?

 

I like Gray, I think he can be a useful player for us, but he's too hit and miss.

 

We badly need competition and quality. He's barely got any competition for his place.

He's absolute waste of space,  loan out or get rid.

his best role is to come off the bench when opposition full back is tired and he can cause distraction by running at them at times.

 

Other than that, I agree, he lacks a good football brain and decision making ability. Not sure if he can get over these fundamental problems.

I don't think he has, watch his highlight reel of his skills which mostly end in nothing, he has pace but little else imo, he's not good enough to be in our first 11, I don't think that will improve this season or next, he got 1 decent cross in today, that's it.

He's gonna be forever that young player with potential and then before we know it he's turned 28 and not improved a bit. Think Walcott. 

 

I forgot he was on the pitch during second half.

 

He hasn't improved one bit since we signed him I don't think

I think that does a disservice to Walcott tbh

He had a good first half, commentators stated multiple times that he was playing really well and was dangerous on the ball but did not see enough of the ball. Boiled off 2nd half, he's inconsistent but I still believe there is a good player in there, when we we see him reach his potential is anyone's guess though.
