my uncle lives in surrey and had john terry living next door to him until recently - he told me on the phone the other day an ex-Leicester player is moving in soon.

 

assume it might well be Drinkwater and he's off to Fulham maybe?

IIRC my uncle has been told by Terry himself so I find it highly likely it'll be an ex-Leicester player that is still playing in London, most likely with Chelsea currently.
