st albans fox Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 he is lacking a little bit of confidence ….. be a bit braver with conviction. Rodgers will instill this in him …… i don't know if has the intelligence to be coached into being a central striker
AyewJoking Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 I like how he always tries to go past players and create opportunities for others or himself. Should already have a few goals to his name but hopefully he will put that right.

Stadt Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 Physically he's developed incredibly well, he's absolutely lightening off the mark and he's swatting away defenders too.
Guest Kopfkino Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 His direct running at every opportunity is Lloyd Dyer-esque. And Lloyd Dyer is one of our greatest ever players so that bodes well.
Farrington fox Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 Can’t wait for him to bag his first goal, got to come soon, surely!
coolhandfox Posted 28 February 2019 Posted 28 February 2019 If he gets one, I can see him getting 4-5 by the end of the season.

RumbleFox Posted 28 February 2019 Posted 28 February 2019 England cap this year. Total fvcking beast. X
Ric Flair Posted 28 February 2019 Posted 28 February 2019 Will score the winning goal of the Nations League for us in June.

He has come straight into the team and taken his position by the scruff of the neck. He takes defenders on, he will have a go at goal, he is full of running and he is the one that will most likely try something audacious. His finishing is the one part of his game that hasn't come off....yet. I'm sure it will and maybe he is still adjusting to having that split second less in the PL. He's gonna be a star.

Just saying. Might have something to do with the fact that they are all in their prime and cost Liverpool a combined £120M. Just a guess though.
Stevosevic Posted 28 February 2019 Author Posted 28 February 2019 Southgate was there on Tuesday. Maguire and Chilwell will obviously be in the next squad but I wonder if one of the others will be too.

I have tickets for the qualifier against Czech Republic, so would be nice to see a few of the Leicester lads. Realistically though would only be Maguire and Chilwell playing.

Stadt Posted 28 February 2019 Posted 28 February 2019 Think it’s a bit soon for an England call up. Wait until he’s properly settled, scoring and creating here first.
Wizerud Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 Since coming into the team he's been our best player. Maybe we'll get used to saying that.

Incredible that Southgate probably had at least some interest in up to 5 Leicester players, Maguire, Barnes, Gray, Chilwell & Maddison.
Haywood_6 Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 He's been fantastic since he's returned. Just think he needs to have a bit more composure when he get's himself into goal scoring position, seems to be rushing or hesitating a little bit.
