Watford have reappointed Quique Sanchez Flores as manager after announcing the exit of Javi Gracia.

Sanchez was in charge of Watford for the 2015-16 campaign before leaving at the end of the season.

Fellow Spaniard Gracia, whose coaching team have also left, had been in charge since January 2018 - making him the first Hornets boss to last more than one full season since 2013.

The appointment of Flores was confirmed 30 minutes later.

Can't say it's an appointment that looks particularly good to me, but I never really paid much attention to his stint with you - I'm seeing a fair bit of derision about him hating wingers though - what say you?

Surprised Gracia has been sacked...even more surprised they've replaced him with the guy they sacked 3 years ago!

Funny old game and all that.

Flores did well at Watford last time, but I think the best work he's done was in House.

Drinkwater pissed again, slinging it on some footballers bird, then thrown out of a club and attacked by 6 people with ankles and legs stamped on.

Sure Dyche will be pleased he signed him

Weren't they saying Watford did some of the best deals in the transfer window haha.

Well Dawson hasn't lived up to the expectations and Sarr and Welbeck have hardly played which maybe hasn't helped Gracia's cause ?

Flores and the Pozzos left on bad terms so a surprise he has come back really!

Javi is probably a bit unlucky and well as pointed out we have Arsenal and Man City next !!!

But we didn't seem to be very organised and weren't playing that well .

Ofcouse you could blame the players too but they cannot be sacked .

I barely ever watch the Sunday Supplement, I know the panel changes week on week, but is this Rob Draper character always so wet?

Always looks like he's about to cry.

I'm amazed Watford didn't go for one of Mark Hughes, Fat Sam or the Tony Pulis to get you out the relegation zone!
