I think the new rule is that if it hits the hand at all in the lead up to a goal its given as hand ball, wether it’s accidental or not. 
 

Oh got ya, you’re saying it doesn’t touch his hand. I found it hard to tell tbh.

The inconsistency is the biggest problem. They don't seem to have a clue and make it up as they go along.

Doesn’t matter anymore though with the new law. If it hits the hand accidentally or not, it’s disallowed

I thought it touches the top of Alli's chest (only seen the MOTD angle/replay, mind).

 

Mane's clearly touches his hand. VAR correct for ruling that out. But nothing will get said about that because everyone hates it.

Liverpool have been utterly dreadful. Rodgers got so much criticism after his match at Old Trafford yet Liverpool have a much better and Man United in worse form since that game and they've barely created anything.
