StanSP Posted 7 February 2021 Share Posted 7 February 2021 I'd keep Iheanacho in the starting XI. Save Vardy for Saturday. Probably keep Hamza in too. Big Dan to start at the back? Wouldn't be surprised seeing Thomas as well.
moore_94 Posted 7 February 2021 Share Posted 7 February 2021 Wouldn't be surprised to see a few of the u23s that have been training with the first team to play in this Ward, Daley-Campbell, Amartey, Soyuncu, Thomas Choudhury, Leshabela Under, Perez, Albrighton Iheanacho 1 1

Steve Earle Posted 7 February 2021 Share Posted 7 February 2021 Amartey, Thomas, Mendy, Under & Nacho to start. It’s a must win but also a must rotate!
lgfualol Posted 7 February 2021 Share Posted 7 February 2021 Rest Barnes, Ricardo, Vardy, Evans or Soy and Tielemans or Maddison Play Thomas, Marty, Nacho and Ünder Don't care about the rest but some rotation is needed so we don't, as per usual, get our confidence destroyed by a Liverpool lashing.
RowlattsFox Posted 7 February 2021 Share Posted 7 February 2021 We have to make changes and hope for the best. Questions is do we need to test Ndidi out here for a half or leave it until Liverpool. Same with Vardy, I'd be tempted to start him and bring him off. I think a back 3 is the only way we rest players at the back. Ward Amartey Soyuncu Fuchs Albrighton Ndidi Mendy Thomas Under Vardy Iheanacho 5 subs allows us to take Ndidi and Vardy off at half time. Either that or start Choudhury and Perez and bring them on

when_you're_smiling Posted 7 February 2021 Share Posted 7 February 2021 Playing a strong side hasn’t helped us against Liverpool in the last two seasons anyway. I’d hold N’Didi and Vardy back with the plan to bring them on some time. But only changes from today are maybe give Under a go and Thomas in at left back to give Justin a rest presuming Ricardo still needs the minutes to get back up to match fitness.

Foxes96 Posted 7 February 2021 Share Posted 7 February 2021 Possibly one of the last games we can feasibly rest a few. I’d go: Ward Justin - Amartey - Söyüncü - Thomas Ünder - Tielemans - Mendy - Albrighton Perez Vardy Use the 5 subs wisely to hopefully give the likes of Vardy, Tielemans, Justin and Albrighton a rest during the game as they will likely be needed for the Liverpool game 3 days later.
BigGibbo Posted 7 February 2021 Share Posted 7 February 2021 (edited) Ward Pereira Amartey Soyuncu Thomas Choudhury Mendy Under Maddison Barnes Iheanacho Ndidi, Albrighton & Vardy to get the last half hour and win us the game. Devonfox1884 Posted 7 February 2021 Share Posted 7 February 2021 Kasper JJ Amartey Soyuncu Thomas Mendy Tielemans Ünder Perez Albrighton Iheanacho Ideally you’d rest Youri, but who plays instead, Hamza? The midfield wouldn’t be anywhere near progressive enough.

Bourbon Fox Posted 7 February 2021 Share Posted 7 February 2021 (edited) Chance to get some game time with a different shape, get some more minutes under Vardy's belt (not 90), extend Hamza's run to see where it will take him, see some more of Under and get Thomas some more minutes.
