filbertway Posted 29 November 2019 Posted 29 November 2019 No idea why any manager would go there. Absolutely toxic. Wait for better jobs. You'd imagine Poch has more about him than to even consider that job. 2

Can’t wait to go Villa next week, it’s one of my favourite grounds. Excited to go Spurs new ground as it looks great but I thought West Ham’s looked good until I actually got there.
twister Posted 29 November 2019 Posted 29 November 2019 We made a mess of the emirates its souless and the bowl structure produces no atmosphere

ALC Fox Posted 29 November 2019 Posted 29 November 2019 If Arsenal said it's now or never to Rodgers I think he'd consider it....and then stay. BR was coming to the end of his time at Celtic when he jumped ship. He's nowhere near the end of his time here and he's on to a really good thing. If we get our ducks in a row we could finish above Arsenal for the next 10 years. 1

For the best in my opinion. Keep things feeling imposing, intimate (by the standards of 61,000 people) and intimidating rather than move to a cavernous bowl.
purpleronnie Posted 29 November 2019 Posted 29 November 2019 (edited) Roof corners look a mess but overall looks decent. They missed a real opportunity when they chose not to redevelop the kop, so instead of a huge imposing kop it'll just be dwarfed by the other stands. Edited 29 November 2019 by purpleronnie
Popular Post davieG Posted 29 November 2019 Popular Post Posted 29 November 2019 From today's press conference "I’m very happy. If you trace my career, I’m always in a job for a few years. I came to Leicester with a purpose. I’m so happy here, every part of my life, the players especially. At this moment in time, I’m getting great joy in seeing the work on the training ground move to the pitch". 6 4
Corky Posted 29 November 2019 Posted 29 November 2019 Arsenal are a global power, a giant in the game, you are a little club but we'll still take your manager and a few players. 2
