Fox92 Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 Frustrating me but Newcastle played him off Rondon and we don’t play him central.
Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 It’s like the waiter in your local tapas who’s decent at football is playing for us. My instinct is to support players. I’ve never really been one for abusing, but Christ Perez is testing my patience. 1

honeybradger Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 I thought he started well but he went off the boil very quickly towards the end of the first half. He needs a break from the team, im not a fan of his on an average day tbh but his performances have been on a downwards trend recently, needs to get his head sorted.
NaijaFox Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 Hope he's not seriously hurt. But, as much as it hurts to say it, he was DREADFUL again tonight. Snap out of it buddy!
Vacamion Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 (edited) People being glad he was injured make flowers wilt, grandmothers cry and cause puppies' tails to stop wagging. Stop it. He's a Leicester player. Edited 10 February 2021 by Vacamion Spello 1
Bryn Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 I don't mind Perez as a squad filler but he's not nearly good enough to be a key player in this side. 2
Marshall Cockney Fox Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 I genuinely think he's getting worse by the game. I can't find the words to describe him right now. Since coming back into the team a couple of months ago. He has rewarded BR's faith by pushing the bar in inept performances. I'm over him good and proper.

ParkerPen Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 I can usually see positives in Perez game, there is definitely a player there. Tonight was shocking. Injury or not give him a week or 2 off

South Shire Fox Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 Hes no way near as bad as some make out. Im not his biggest fan and was never in a million years worth anywhere near the money we paid for him but play him centrally and he can be effective. He is a complete waste of time on the wing as has no attributes to play there! 1
Hollyfox Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 He couldn't even put his jacket on properly 😄😄 Woeful and maybe this slight injury might give him a chance to recharge his batteries. Wish him well, but I really can't see anything about him tbh 2
Popular Post Hammo Posted 10 February 2021 Popular Post Posted 10 February 2021 I start off every game willing him to prove us all wrong and do something that will justify his place in the side. But sadly he so seldom does. In fact he invariably gets worse as the game goes on and I just find myself cursing more and more as he butchers another attack by weakly losing the ball. I wish him a speedy recovery from his injury but I don’t want to see him back in the team. After Under’s equally wasteful efforts tonight I’d say Albrighton’s place on the right is now almost set in stone. 9
dnewty Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 He does not possess any attributes that will worry a Premier League defender. That was a truly dreadful display from him, even Matt Piper's highlighted it on radio Leicester. 2
Dan Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 He's looking routinely awful now. Cash in if we can. 1
egg_fried_rice Posted 10 February 2021 Posted 10 February 2021 He's been slagged off in an over the top manner in the past when he has made contributions, but tonight was the night my patience ran out with him. Not good enough for where we want to be - even though Under was pretty toss this evening, he still could beat a man and make things happen. I can't think of a possible position for him where he's better than another member of our squad. And perhaps most frustratingly, the areas which were his weakest to begin with - too lightweight, too many touches - have not improved. If he's not going to show growth as a player then we shouldn't persist. Bin. 1

Popular Post Ian Nacho Posted 10 February 2021 Popular Post Posted 10 February 2021 What really irritates me tonight was when we on the break, 3 vs 3, he was just jogging casually then just made an awful pass. 5
