Defo grown into it. Weve had quite a few opportunities where the players have been careless in possession. Get that sorted and we can give it a good go here

Yep agreed, been sloppy been playing out of the first press, but let me assure you it’s a lot harder to do against pressing madmen!

Interesting listening to Wenger on Vardy on why he wanted him. You can tell he has great admiration for him.

The fact we’ve had arguably the best chances proves that Liverpool really are there for the taking.

Show them less respect second half, get at that backline because its makeshift and ropey, we can’t rely on our own patchwork defence to see us through, especially if Evans is injured.

Maddison gone missing this game.

He’s had no room to do his stuff. They’ve been all over him like a rash

We're coming out that half thinking we've been poor but we've hard 3 really good chances for Vardy. Can only remember the one Kasper save which was offside?

Defended corners ok but we're conceding so many that we are making it hard for ourselves.

Vardy like rusty, he will c'mon good.

Need Maddiosn an Youri on the ball more.

I agree about Youri, not so much about Maddison. He looks kind of clueless when he has the ball. At one point he sort of just gives up and kicks the ball to nobody. Youri is the one finding more space but ultimately it's better to have Vardy on the shoulder and once they get the ball kick it into the channels. Liverpool's press is making it hard for us to get our passing game going. The instinct of once we get the ball we pass it around the back is hurting us.

Amartey has had a storming first half. He just needs to keep his head on his shoulders the second half. And yeah Vardy will come good, just keep giving him chances (even if I thought at the time Nacho would have tucked that header away).

Thank God for Cags and Wilf. Lack of bite out there. Full backs look petrified and Maddison needs to get involved ASAP.

Hard to see them not scoring this half. Praying I'm wrong!!!

Saying this is the worst performance ever is pathetic, as well. Constant moaning about it isn't gonna do anyone any benefit. Just end up dragging and bringing everyone down. Boring.

It's not the worst ever or anything dramatic, but it was pretty shit. We are clueless with the ball and not much better without it. We are showing them too much respect, looking starstruck as usual. It's like we have a mental block playing these. Did we not watch them v Burnley and Brighton.

Thank God for Ndidi and Ricardo. Both have given a defensive masterclass.

Easily our two best players so far.

Brendan is brave. Many would have been calling for three at the back within 10 minutes.

Don't think so. From the moment he saw Liverpool he bottled it and thought defence first. He's nullified probably one of the best right backs in the country by putting him on the left where he's looked uncomfortable and stopped an attacking right hand side. This presumably because he doesn't trust the naturally left sided Thomas. Could he do any worse though? With Ricardo, Albrighton or Under on the right, Liverpool would have something to think about and our out of position players are like strangers and their passing poor. Thomas played well against Man United and Spurs, he's got to gain experience somehow.

We're fortunate to not be 3 down, it's not because of play or tactics that we're not.
