Absolutely pulled that out of nowhere, just important to keep picking points up whilst we hope players get back to playing asap.

 

Weeks rest, and back to another important game... but a much deserved rest required.

I'm not saying it's right or wrong to do so but I can give you their answer to that question. The PGMOL have said that offside isn't subjective and it is either offside or not so clear and obvious doesn't apply to that.

I said before the game that this game was huge and a defeat would have been calamity. A win is huge. Psychologically being 2nd with a bit of a gap to 4th and also to mitigate the last 2 defeats

Brighton didn't absolutely batter us, they had seven shots with two on target. We were terrible apparently and had eight shots with four on target.

Lucky to win but glad to take it.

 

Need to sort out our negativity. Much of the pressure on us came from our own mistakes in our own half trying to play negative football passing to each other at the back or us passing all the way back from the opposition half while we have quite a few players forward resulting in counters for the opposition. Too careful and backfiring. May as well pass forward and give it a go.

 

This match we just have 8 shots on goal. No wonder Vardy is not scoring.

 

But positive is that Nacho is coming good. He shows that he is a much much better player as part of a front two. BR - pls keep Nacho is this role.

Funny enough it is one of those that if the ref awards the penalty I believe var gives it.

The adrenaline rush from nicking thst is something else. I've honestly not felt that for a long while, that is absolutely monumental. Possibly our most crucial win under Rodgers, spine tingling.

 

We were harrowing 1st half but 2nd half we were the better team. Brighton must hate us, we can be absolutely revolting and they still will roll over eventually on us. Like we do to Arsenal and Man Utd. 

 

Iheanacho was mesmerising tonight, pure sauce. Amartey and BULL SHIT!! Hahahaha what a character. Tavares had a steady debut, there's so much to come from him trust me.

 

Ndidi needs to buck his ideas up, dog mess performance and tried his hardest to give them it. 

 

I'll save the best until last, Youri Tielemans that no look pass had Lewis Dunk's kegs down, that's borderline sexual assault.
