Rinse and Repeat Martin sacked by Xmas after poor run of results and a toxic atmosphere is created. Andy King steps in as Temporary Manager until April but things don’t improve. Nepobaby and Rudders panic like deers in the headlights and bring in some experienced has been to save the day but unfortunately it’s too late and we r heading into league 2 😭

Rudkin went to speak to Martin over there and apparently he said Martin looked different but rudkin carried on anyway in offering him the deal of a lifetime so he agreed and signed on the dotted line. 
 

Some kids ran up to Martin with Coldplay albums and he signed them. Chris thanked Jon and said he always wanted to be a football manager

What I think is the issue with Martin, Is they know the fan don't want him. Some people in the club do want him. 

 

Those people in the club will be saying, well if we appointed him last summer blah,blah,blah. 

 

That or we don't have a scooby doo who we are going to appoint.

 

I know it was like this last summer, but we all knew that was PSR, or at leas we thought it was. This time its just totally inept or the financial situation is close to catastrophic, and it'll get even worse before it gets any better.

I’d rather we went for any other manager than this only way is Essex knock off of a football manager.

 

If this happens it just shows even more how badly the club is being run I’m convinced Top is not mentally well and Rudkin is just a lap dog who has ****ed the club since Viachi passed

On paper, Martin wouldn’t be a bad appointment with what will be a young squad to develop and the level we’re at. 
 

It’s the fact he would be so divisive at this point in time which makes him a no go. 
 

I imagine he’d probably think he’s above League 1 too.

What is it about RM that makes him an obvious choice for the chuckle brothers? Apart from a play off win against Leeds he's done FA. They've seen first hand how a decent team dismantles his style of play, 9 - 1 over the two games under Enzo. His last outing was a disaster, yet those sat in their ivory towers seemed hypnotised by his gift of the gab.
