Noticed how many players of our are stood completely still and then are surprised when the ball is passed to them They then suddenly jerk into life and lose control before playing a misplaced pass. Once you've seen it you can't unsee it. Almost like they don't practice together at all.

I'm not a professional football manager.. I don't get paid ridiculous sums of money to coach professional football.

 

So why is it I can see this tippy tappy shite doesn't work as we don't have the technical players for it?

 

Why do I see that we need to move the ball quickly forward rather than having 35 passes to make no forward gains or trouble the opposition?

 

How is it that I want the players we have to actually do what they do.. not over coach them but encourage them to be individuals and play like that rather than force them to play to a set way that doesn't work and causes problems?

 

He needs to go.. he's too arrogant to say ok . It's not working let's change it.

 

Why our club felt it necessary to hire him in the first place is another story.

 

I can't bring myself to go while he's still here..

Most people who were over the age of 5 and who had watched a football match had incredibly low expectations when the proven failure RM was announced.

Here is a wild idea don’t give a manager a 3 year deal 

when the last 4 have not even last one season.

Then factor in, the bloke you’re getting didn’t last a couple of months in his last job.

At this point you have to wonder if they are trying to self destruct the club.
