Mickyblueeyes Posted 27 February 2017 Share Posted 27 February 2017 Stick these guys against a wall and they always seem to bite back. They've taken a lot of criticism. But when they play like that. When they run themselves into the ground. I seriously love them. Made my night and probably my week.
Cadno'r Cymoedd Posted 27 February 2017 Share Posted 27 February 2017 From the BBC. Leicester have won all six of their Premier League games in which they have scored first this season, the only 100% record in the division. Shows that first one gives us confidence. The performances were exactly the same. Just shows the bias some people have to suit an argument. Nobody going on about Liverpool's naivety and high line tonight? We're just fvcking good when we can be arsed. And it's clear we haven't been arsed much this season. Neville just ripped them a new one for 15 minutes of his analysis. It's a great step forward tonight and we should be rightly pleased, but we absolutely MUST follow this up on Saturday with another win. MUST WIN. As Neville pointed out, it's too early to tell whether or not this revival will be long or short lived but, in isolation, great result. Need to keep going. 4 wins required from 12. Kendal Fox Posted 27 February 2017 Share Posted 27 February 2017 Still a long road ahead but if we beat Hull on Saturday, the suggestion that there really was a communication breakdown will look a lot more plausible. That being said, with the FA Cup run and Champions League football, I think Claudio was honestly trying to find a style that would preserve us health-wise. It seems he lost track of how long we had left this season though.. Still gutted that he could not forge an upturn in fortunes, but, Shakes had a heck of a lot of pressure on him tonight and I'm so delighted with the 3 points against a dangerous side just coming off of the Spurs win. C'mon You Foxes!

Forget pundits/experts, our own fans and Forum posters, have had also short Memories. The difference from Last season to this, and again tonight, forward movement forward pressing, and defence on front foot, not put under pressure with OTT back/sideway passing. Ranieri, was too defensive this season, mostly in thought and it rubbed off on the back line players. Okazaki could once play his 2 sides of his game, driving forward with intent, and covering that empty space disrupting fast teams quick breaks Drinkwater Striving forward with intent, knowing Ndidi was covering, instead Of playing in each others shadow and line.... First test, well done, now lads go Out and expand, from tonights result..

That was a touching tribute from the supporters and CR should by all means get his statue but he's no longer the manager. If the fans continue to belt out his name every game it will just be unfair and disrespectful to Shakey.
