Finnegan Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 Just now, The Bear said: Well, the game changed on it's head with Deulofeu's wonder goal, and once that penalty goes in we were completely ****ed mentally. Gutted. Hold your head up mate. Any of us would have loved a day out in Wembley for a semi final.

Corky Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 What a fantastic game, two teams who really wanted it. Superb from Deulofeu, the first goal was sheer class.
StriderHiryu Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 I'm glad Watford won TBH. Wolves have been fantastic in their first season back, but I am sick of the media love in for them when they are heavily exploiting the football system with Mendes and their Portuguese imports. I don't want a team like that to win (even though Man City are of course 100x worse). The Pozzo's might not be the most ethically upstanding family either, but for me it's the lesser of two evils. Only downside is I think Wolves would have given Man City a much tougher game. Very good semi-final and Deufoleu outstanding.
CosbehFox Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 All together now.... Nuno had a dream, to blow a cup semmieee....
stripeyfox Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 unlucky Bear. Was rooting for Wolves. So close. You must be gutted mate.
fuchsntf Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 Well done Watford in getting to the final.... Well done to both teams...just simply a great FA.cup. Semi-final!! One of the best...for many a year..!!!
UniFox21 Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 "Cracking atmosphere compared to yesterday" Love that little dig at Man City
Sir Shep Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 Yes the media rub fest will now be totally focused on Liverpool, never mind Wolves, you’ve always got next season.
Carl the Llama Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 Right result for us, gives us more of a chance to get into Europe even if it's still completely out of our hands for now.
AyewJoking Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 2-0, and you fúcked it up Fist pumping deenys penalty. Really wanted watford to win that.
Vacamion Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 I blocked posts by The Bear after he came on here and laughed at Leicester when we lost (and my enjoyment of this site has been consequently much improved), so normally, I’d not be too happy with the rest of you quoting him. But today, fire away.
StanSP Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 Troy Deeney is quite a good guy ain't he? I know he's got an unsavoury past but he's always quite level-headed and respectful of opponents & their fans. Bit of sense of humour too.

fazzyfox Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 I predict Watford to win followed by Elton John singing "I guess that's why they call you the blues" through the tannoy to the sobbing Man City fans, top bants.
EastAnglianFox Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 Message to the interviewer, Delafeau and Capoue arent disabled
don_danbury Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 man city will certainly win the fa cup now. i'd have backed wolves to beat city if they had won today.
kingfox Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 Deeney is the perfect captain. Outstanding game, outstanding comeback. My mum will be buzzing for the rest of the day. Even I was nervous watching that, most nervous I've been since we won the league

Corky Posted 7 April 2019 Posted 7 April 2019 I know it is easy to say in hindsight but not having Neves and Jota on in extra-time was a huge blow.
