Been very good since he came back. Feel like he’s actually calmed down a bit and doesn’t charge about quite as much.

Good point. He was very calm when we got cornered in our own half and it was him, Ricardo and Ndidi and they were boxing us in there a few times. Was calm and collected (also could be to do with Ndidi being the same).

Man of the match for me today, didn't out a foot wrong and covered for other's mistakes at times. Fofana was so good we forgot how good Soyuncu is, but as he's proved with his return to the team, he's ridiculously good.

And let's be honest, he is one gorgeous human being.

Agree with the rest but he still made a couplle of errors. Lost a 50 50 early on with little cover that could have put us into trouble and also lost his man at a corner chance they should have done better with.

Anyway, overall he is pretty good and we are lucky to have 3 decent centre backs to rotate when Fofana is back.

https://www.thefocus.news/football/14-clearances-8-aerial-duels-won-leicester-star-put-in-utterly-dominant-europa-league-display/

Compared to other British clubs, Leicester endured a more low-key return to Europa League action last night.

Tottenham, Manchester United and Rangers all scored four goals away from home in Europe last night.

But Leicester had to be content with a 0-0 draw against Slavia Prague – which isn’t the worst result.

An away goal would have been ideal but Jamie Vardy had just 13 touches before coming off in the 63rd minute.

That meant the defence took centre stage and Çaglar Söyüncü was the standout performer.

As per WhoScored, he won eight headers on the night, four more than any other player on either side.

He also made a staggering 14 clearances. That’s more than all the rest of Leicester’s players last night put together.

That utterly dominant display earned him the WhoScored Star Man award.

Söyüncü has had to be patient at times this season, given Wesley Fofana’s impressive introduction to English football.
