I've just had the most enjoyable shopping experience ever. Nobody really in the shop, maybe 4 others. Everyone very politely social distancing, and no queue at the checkout. Everything available that I needed, I hadn't left the house for nearly three weeks and won't need to go out again for another couple. 

 

Probably an unpopular opinion, but I would love it if the world could stay like this. I'm loving working from home, loving the peace and quiet outside, loving no traffic, and loving spending more time with my family.

Given the exponential increase in cases, and the fact that people are generally admitted for about 2 weeks, the majority of cases don’t have a final outcome yet. Extrapolating from local figures, the overall discharged from hospital figure is probably around 10-20% of total confirmed cases.

I didn't vote Tory but best wishes to Boris for a full recovery. To lose our PM right now is a disaster.

Obviously I hope Johnson pulls through but his condition surely won't be as bad as a normal person. People like PMs will always be monitored closely.

You don’t go into ICU at the moment unless you need to be in ICU !!!!

 

i hadn’t seen the video of him clapping last Thursday until yesterday evening - he really looked like he was suffering with the shivers

Devastating news, especially for us Tories who love him, but also for everyone in the UK relying on him to be our leader. 

I've waited years for him to be my PM, and the news now couldn't be much worse. 

I wish him a speedy recovery, he's in my prayers, as are everyone else going through this.
