He was excellent today, especially defensively. He was selected to nullify Salah, and though Salah scored, that was not on Ricardo. Going forwards he was also quite good, despite playing left hand side.

I think this answers how we line up when Castagne is back, I think Castagne will be RB and Riccy P at LB.

Was worried after the first 15 minutes. He then seemed to make a conscious decision to not tuck in so much and be much much more aggressive in terms of his tackling and stopping Salah getting on the turn and it transformed his performance.

Strongly disagree, I think it’ll be the other way around.  A healthy Ricardo in his best position isn’t something you give away by choice.

Thought he was decent, and that was when he is beginning to play himself back into match sharpness. Much to look forward too.

2nd half was immense, some quick turn of pace that showed he is overcoming that ACL injury. Some were questioning how sharp he looked and I must admit it was on my mind but today he showed that nonchalant way he glides forward and picks up speed in a blur.

Colossus defensive performance from him. He was up against Salah and Trent, two of the most potent attackers in the PL, but still kept both quiet, whilst playing out of position.

Definite signs he is getting back, one run by the touchline was like Ricky at his peak. Really good to see  a few more games get confidence in his knee and he will be up to full speed:thumbup:

Get Timmy back and it will soften the blow of JJ, got to say that Brendan has managed the squad brilliantly.

Its been so long since I've seen him play full tilt but felt reminded of that today. So fortunate to have him.

I think he started a bit gingerly, but once he got going he did well.

I'd rather he play within himself while he settles back into the workload, he has a lot of games to play over the next few months.

Ricardo was my favourite Leicester player before the injury - and today’s performance, especially that brilliant second-half run, reminded me why.

Such a joy to be able to watch him again.

Amazing we have 3 quality fullback who look just as at home at RB ot LB in Riccardo, Castagne and Justin.

You would have thought RP had played all his career at LB they way he played on Saturday.

And this is the reason we are able to maintain consistency during a relentless season and countless injuries, our defence is very versatile and long may that continue.
