Fundamentally this is about standards, of which we have none. Disinterested owner, a DoF who treats people like shit, contract renewals that reward failure and mediocrity, players asking to bring their dog to work, senior execs being promoted despite overseeing catastrophic failures. We heard Vestergaard say he lost interest, and we extended his contract. So why should we be surprised that players get muscled off the ball and get beaten at the near post and, more broadly, don’t want to take responsibility. Rotten to the core.

Saw someone get panned on Facebook for saying Martin should be sacked  the standards at LCFC just seem to be like a black hole. Never ending decline.
