Smallbone passed it well but cant do the physical stuff. Chaplin may aswell be Charlie Chaplin

Luke Thomas got his assist but is more bust than Barbara Windsor. A bombscare of a player. Doesnt stop crosses, gets booked regularly has no pattern of play.

thank god for Page, Alves, Riis (who is a donkey but is willing) and Doyle.

I thought Smallbone looked very good tonight.

He was so average. He's another tidy player who has nothing about him. Useful if a team needs a steadying influence but that's the last thing we need.

Braybrooke was a touch sloppy once or twice but it took him 5 seconds to do something more positive/forward thinking than Chaplin or Smallbone

Yep very tidy, clever in possession and can play a forward pass to break the lines. Martin is going to love him...

Looks like the sort of player who needs a physical enforcer and ballwinning midfielder playing next to him though. Although Lundstrum could do this.

There can’t be many teams that can make a 3-0 win feel underwhelming, but Leicester certainly manage it

They could have easily been 2-1 up at half time, bottom of the league and even in a 3-0 win we made it harder than it needed to be

Alves was good, Riis scores goals, and Kangas definitely needs to play more

Chaplin is crap, Smallbone is meh

Agree with all of this except Smallbone, I was really impressed with him. We were so wasteful in possession today but he was one of the very few who's passing was crisp and seemed to be switched on. Doyle, Chaplin, Thomas and the whole defence however were beyond poor but we got away with it.

Alves and Page were so graceful at running with the ball but you have to ask if either is playing in roles and areas of the pitch that make best use of them, everything shoulf be going to them in the attacking third as the rest of the team are inferior.

I can just about accept the booing for Faes and Winks but during the game for players who are at least trying is just not on.

I don’t mind if players are just shit. Faes and Winks shown an absolute disregard for our club and deserved the reaction they got, although even then during the game I’d never do it.

Don’t understand it at all. We are trying to kill the game off and if anything you’re making it less likely by doing that. Some fans need to give their head a wobble.

Agree mate. People will have their opinions on him and fair enough, but it’s never been through the want of trying. I’ve always thought he’s worked hard.

The amount of misplaced passes and general sloppiness is concerning.

We are well and truly in League One playing as bad as that and managing to win comfortably.

The reaction to BDCR being giving the ball for the penalty was an absolute disgrace, pathetic from anyone that was involved in that. You only need to see his teammates reaction to him scoring which was great for me.

A good enough performance and a good win with a clean sheet. Wigan were absolutely pathetic in all fairness but you can only beat what’s in front of you.

Onto the next which will be a much harder game.

A reaction from the fans?

Also, how much of bellend was the ref?

He was just crap, he was a full on bellend. Wanted all about himself and the bloody whistle!

The refs in this league are just honking.

That’s the big worry for me. Should be coming away from a 3-0 happy but there’s just so much not to like about how we play at the minute. It makes the losses even harder to accept.

How bad would you actually have to be to lose to that Wigan team? They had 2 absolute clear cut chances in first half. And you just know if they’d have taken them we wouldn’t have had any answers.

I’m never one to be doom and gloom after a win but you can’t ignore the cracks. I still think this squad should be top with no excuses. Martin has so much to do.

Nothing remotely impressive about that. Wigan offered nothing, and stood off us. If you do that, we will win. If you get into us, we will lose, it’s all fairly simple.
