What a bloke, hope we can keep him for a good few years yet.

I know I keep saying this but we need a minimum of Europa League to keep these top young players wanting to stay.

Might consider a swap for Messi other than that everyone else  can do one!

Said in the match thread he reminds me of Des Walker in his prime.
Elegant, quick, can pick a pass, good positional sense and nothing gets past him.
And still so young. Just hope we can keep hold of him tbh.

Champions League is the only way after next season.

The guys an absolute dreamboat. So perfect for the Premier League with his physicality and aggression coupled with his finesse on the ball.

My favourite thing is how it seems his fellow countryman hijack all of these social media’s posts etc. I scroll through the comments and I have no idea what anyone is on about lol

Wasn't mentioned at all in the Chelsea game on skysports that he is actually a 25m centre back. They built it up like he was some random kid from our academy stepping in because we didn't spend any of the 80m from maguire. Then hardly said a word after he played a great game. Clearly didnt fit into one of their many built up narratives pre match.

Been unreal so far and after watching maguire struggle to get anywhere near Batshuayi last week after being caught out of position, we were yet again reminded that we sold Man United a player with some glaring frailties to his game. Not saying he isn't a good defender, but we have alot to thank that World Cup for.
