tetly Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 He is a much better player than I ever remember him being. Well played
Foxin_Mad Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 This is the player he promised to be before Arsenal crocked him. Impressive, I hope he keeps it up.
shailen Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 I nearly spat my cool aid out with that turn he did in the build up to the first goal. Did not know he had that in the locker. 1

StanSP Posted 27 September 2020 Author Posted 27 September 2020 Great to have him not just playing, but in form too. Not just a one-off but 3 games in a row it's been superb.
HybridFox Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Hats off! I'm glad he signed an extension
lgfualol Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Love it. Kudos to the club for sticking with him and kudos to Mendy for stepping up and doing his best after a turbulent few years.
weller54 Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 I've had 3 big helpings of humble pie.. Never thought the guy could be as good as we've witnessed in the opening 3 games! Incredible. 3
Raw Dykes Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 I always thought he was a useful player to have in the squad, but I never realised he could be this good. 3 excellent performances out of 3 so far. So glad we managed to keep him.
kingfox Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 We’ve seen some excellent performances from our midfielders over the years, but in my lifetime what Mendy and Tielemans produced today was the best I’ve seen any Leicester midfielders play. Today proved exactly why we gave Mendy a new contract. World class performances from both. 2
dayday Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 And to think he was nearly sold in the summer.
majaco Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 He's grown on me. When he got a new contract, I was disappointed. I was wrong.
wardyfox86 Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Did we release Nampalys Mendy and then sign a different Nampalys Mendy??
HankMarvin Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 fair play to him, look composed after a shaky start
Finnaldo Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 The guy came here and got absolutely buggered first day, since then it’s been a struggle of recovery and re-injury. He’s came in this season after so many setbacks and low points, when he could have easily left to a lower team in France to try and rebuild his career, and he’s given his absolute best. It’s like we have a new signing to rival Ndidi he’s been that immense. He’s looking like the guy we brought in to replace Kante. Brilliant to see him and Amartey put in excellent performances after two long layoffs and struggles. It does wonders to our squad depth before any other new signings walk in the door. 2
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 Plays it simple, so happy for him and Big Dan.

sdb Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 He actually turned the game. First player to take tiny risks and make forward passes. Motm contender 1
Bryn Posted 27 September 2020 Posted 27 September 2020 It's that low centre of gravity that makes all the difference isn't it.

They are still on our books and could offer something now with injuries mounting.
