Posted 14 August 2014 Posted 14 August 2014 I presume we were at advanced stage on Tuesday and the plan was to have it tied up to be announced on Thursday, not that it is signed and it will be announced on Thursday as that makes no sense. Obviously there is a snag, so we just have to be patient and we will know when it is confirmed. I'm going to take my usual transfer window approach and ignore the rest of this sub-forum.

Robin JD Popley Posted 14 August 2014 Posted 14 August 2014 What is the annoying though if this whole thing turns out to be complete bull, should we not get him or anyone else signed before 12 tomorrow, they can't play anyway until at least Chelsea so it serves no purpose whatsoever. We've lost two of our new signings probably through injury for Everton, one of main strikers is unlikely to play. I'm usually positive but we could literally run out starting with the same team we had in the Championship bar Leo up front.
