With 7 subs allowed, why would you not have at least one sub on the bench to cover each position, GK, FB, CB, CM, Wideman, AM and CF ? Simple really.

It feels like a distant memory when people were saying that we had a good transfer window.

 

Allegedly spent 8 million and nearly half of the entire transfer budget in the entire league yet have such a monstrosity of a bench.

Having both Cullen, BCDR and Chaplin are basically the same type of player.

I think it's harsh on Aluko who should be on the bench ahead of one of BDR /Cullen.

I wouldn’t deep it too much. RM has been allowed to bring in his own picks, so he’s obviously going to favour those over club signings

I think Martin has signed 17 players, but there are more players that he inherited than he signed in today's team - and Stolarczyk would be starting if fit.

 

Burns, Cullen, Watson, MacFarlane already feel like poor recruits.
